Drafting, Drafter

Position Summary: Working under immediate supervision of an EFCO engineer, carries out design/drafting assignments of a routine to moderately complex nature related to concrete forming projects. Investigates and procures all data required to develop a design. Creates erection drawings to provide a visual perception of EFCO‘s products to be used in sales, manufacturing and erection of EFCO steel forms.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a drafting program preferred. General construction knowledge along with ability to read and interpret blueprints desired. Mechanical aptitude with ability to complete basic mathematical calculations required. Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) experience helpful. Knowledge of Inventor a plus. Problem solving, organizational and PC skills are required. No travel required.
