Tega 400 Series Lifter

Tega 400 Series lifter bar range has been designed to withstand aggressive grinding condition in large SAG & FAG mills. The wide lifter bar has a higher sectional modulus and thus performs better against high energy impacts prevalent in large SAG/FAG mills.

Metal Reinforcement Type :

Cast/ Rolled Steel with metallurgical properties to suit the grinding application.

1Wider lifter bar has a higher sectional modulus for better strength and longer operational life.2Weight of the lining system would be lighter than steel liner. Hence GD2 value of the mill with respect to motor would be lower.3Metal wear rate is much lower in this type of liner due to the resilience of the total system provided by the backup rubber against impact and attrition motion of the charge.4Metal wear rate due to the electro chemical effect is also minimised due to the presence of the backing rubber which acts as an electrical discontinuity.5Fewer number of lining components in the mill suitable for faster installation less production downtime.
