Preventive MaintenancePreventative Maintenance and Inspection (PMI) programs provide scheduled visits by an Ashbrook Simon-Hartley certified technician to inspect your belt filter press, centrifuge, or thickener. All routine, O&M, recommended maintenance is completed and documented.

During each visit, an experienced technician will complete specific procedures designed to assure your equipment is mechanically sound.This includes:• Inspect All Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems• Grease, Replace Filters, and Inspect:• Drive System, Rotor Assembly• Hydraulic System, Gear Box• Electrical Systems (equipment mounted)• Detailed, Documented (written and photographic) InspectionThe Opti Pro PMI program provides planning tools and documentation through controlled, routine maintenance. After each inspection, you will receive a complete report noting all findings and recommendations for the next scheduled PMI.
