To complement our three liquid pitch tankers, we have also fitted some of the holds of our open hatch vessels to accommodate purpose-designed tanks for efficient and safe carriage of liquids needing controlled temperatures.

Liquid pitch needs high heat ranging from 180°C to 225°C. Orange juice and frozen concentrate are carried in stainless steel tanks that are kept at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +2°C. Onboard heating and refrigeration plants keep temperatures within the ranges required by our customers.
