How We Do Business

Orica is one of Australia’s few truly global, publically listed companies, with operations in around 50 countries and customers in twice that many. The way we do business influences how we are viewed by our customers, suppliers, governments, shareholders and the community. It also determines how we see ourselves.

The sets out the business conduct required of everyone who works for, and on behalf of, Orica. It is aimed at ensuring we maximise our good reputation and our self-esteem.

This guide is to ensure we conduct ourselves with integrity and in an environment of openness.

This is how we earn and maintain the trust of our customers, suppliers, shareholders and the community. Our employees are integral to Orica earning this trust and are encouraged to embrace the standards of conduct set out in this guide. If we live by such standards we can be both proud of our excellent results and the way in which we have achieved them.
