  • the Company’s financial statements and associated notes give a true and fair view of the Group’s financial position and performance and are in accordance with relevant accounting standards; and

  • between 1 October and the opening of the next ”window” (which will be one day after announcement of Orica’s full-year results). Clearance will not be granted during these blackout periods.

  • a margin loan arrangement in relation to Orica securities
