Urethane side-tensioned flat panel screen surfaces has set industry standards for wear life, reliability, and lowering operation costs by lasting several times longer than traditional wire screens. Fewer changeouts mean less labor, less downtime, fewer replacement screens, and more production.

- Cable-reinforced urethane screen surfaces are molded with tapered openings for peak efficiency
- Flat panels are molded to size with internal steel reinforcement
- Available in a variety of urethane compounds to match your application needs
- Available in square and slotted openings
- Manufactured to fit your standard screening equipment for either side-tensioned, wedge hold-down, or bolt-in mounting configurations
- Solid land areas are designed over bucker (crown) bar locations for maximum strength and long life allowing optimum use of all remaining screen surface for maximum open area
