3860 TCA & TCT & TCZ
The 3860 Series are heavy duty bandsaw blades for big aluminium blocks, hard chrome bars and graphite. The development of this carbide blade was based on changes on the geometry and production of the traditional 3860. Their unset teeth provide a superior finish, long life and eliminate secondary operations.
Bahco Carbide Blades are of very high cutting technology, suitable for the most demanding applications. The assortment is divided in 3 sub-groups:
3860 TCA for cutting aluminium
- Blade with Rake angle of 12º
- Blades designed for maximum efficiency cutting aluminium, even big blocks
- Also applicable for foundries with automatic cutting robots
3860 TCZ for cutting difficult & abrasive materials
- Blade with Rake angles of 0º
- Designed for cutting bars with hardened surface
- Suitable for hard chrome bars and graphite
- Also applicable for work with non metallic materials that do not produce chips when cutting
3860 TCT for cutting difficult & abrasive materials
- Blade with Rake angle of 10º
- Improved cutting performance for special alloys, including titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, Waspaloy, aluminium and stainless steel
