Software Upgrade and Automated Workflows
Client’s Need
The client was using an outdated version of the software. Many of their daily tasks were taking more time than was necessary, and they were having difficulty hiring new employees who knew how to operate the older version of the software.
Additionally, the client had automated workflows in the outdated version of Surpac which needed to be transferred to the new version, but as the programming language had changed between versions. GEOVIA was asked by the client to upgrade the software and transfer the workflows.
