Field Supervisor

Position Summary: Provides on-site instruction in the assembly, application and cycling ofEFCO Corp.’s concrete forming system. Identifies best solution to meet customer needs while ensuring safety and productivity standards are met. Acts as liaison, working withEFCO personnel to meet customer needs. Is a business partner with EFCO staff, acting as a technical advisor in sales presentations as well as directly on the job site. Demonstrates ability to answer technical forming questions. Must be able to perform high levels of customer service while ensuring full satisfaction when forming equipment is delivered. Creates best practices.
