ME Elecmetal has a brand new service unit: Early Intelligent Alert, which provides evaluation and monitoring of structural and functional integrity of mining equipment through the use of traditional nondestructive methods plus other highly sophisticated tools such as vibro analysis, laser scanner 3D metrology and ultrasonic imaging (phased array).Early Alert unit has experienced professionals with ASNT Level III certifications, who have a wide experience with nondestructive methods for industrial applications.The high level of technological competency provides customers world class services for critical equipment condition monitoring, ensuring optimal performance.
