CoalPlus is a unique program of patented anti-oxidants, and high performance foam application systems. We “body feed” the anti-oxidants and binders to coals at mine sites, terminals and power plants– reducing dust up to 90% during unloading, stack-out and reclamation. Body feeding the anti-oxidant/dust binder as a foam prior to loading ensures treatment at coal surfaces.
CoalPlus technology retards the oxidation and weathering of low rank coals, which reduces hot spots, smokers, and spontaneous combustion at generating stations, coal terminals and mines.
