ACHIEVE® FCC Catalyst

Grace’s newest FCC catalyst platform is specially designed for processing unconventional or advantaged FCC feedstocks. ACHIEVE®, provides the flexibility to meet the challenges associated with new hydrocarbon sources, such as shale and tight oil, as well as condensates, waxes and oil sands. Many of the challenges refiners report can be mitigated with the right catalyst technology. Currently, the ACHIEVE platform features formulations for enhanced octane and butylene yields; optimum activity specifically for lighter shale or “tight” oils and industry-leading metals tolerance to nickel, vanadium as well as unconventional metals such as iron and calcium poisoning. ACHIEVE catalysts deliver flexibility to adjust catalytic functionality specifically for your FCC operation.
