We offer flexible technology solutions to meet differing capacity, voltage and amp hour requirements. A modular architecture makes our lithium-ion batteries powerful, but also versatile. Using either cylindrical or prismatic cells, we design every one of them to integrate into a variety of vehicles with different space and energy requirements.

Johnson Controls was the first company in the world to produce lithium-ion batteries for mass-production hybrid vehicles. Our current focus is to develop scalable solutions for mass-market production that meet the needs of our customers, and our customers’ customers.
