Veteran Engagement Team

Honoring, connecting and supporting our military veterans has always been of the utmost importance to us here at Johnson Controls. That’s one of the reasons we strongly recruit military veterans and active service members for careers within our organization. However, in order for us to continuously improve our veteran support, we aimed to move beyond standard recruiting tactics and develop a team dedicated to engaging, hiring and developing military veteran talent.

The Veteran Engagement Team (VET) at Johnson Controls is just that team. The VET is responsible for many of Johnson Controls’ education, recruitment and partnership initiatives that help bring military veterans into our family and support them throughout their transition or struggles.
