Star Cool Picture Frame Unit

The Star Cool picture frame unit, or SCU, is a complete Star Cool refrigeration system in which all components are mounted onto a powder-coated aluminium frame. The picture frame unit can then be bolted directly onto the reefer box.

The picture frame unit allows for the flexibility of fitting Star Cool machinery to older boxes, compact transportation to different box factory locations and for swapping machinery between boxes if required/allowed.

The SCU provides the features and benefits of the Star Cool reefer system to those customers who prefer the traditional box-unit mounting design.

The SCU is assembled using the same two modules as in the Star Cool Integrated, so all spare parts and functionalities are the same for each unit, greatly simplifying servicing and repair.

The Star Cool picture frame can also be equipped with the AV+ automatic ventilation system.
