GreyStar Corporation was founded in 1995 in Houston, Texas to provide asset management services in the Gulf of Mexico. Soon after opening the Houston office, the Company expanded to open an office in Lafayette, Louisiana. Since then, it has expanded to operate and maintain onshore and offshore platforms, oil fields and power generation facilities across North and South America and beyond.

In 2006, we merged with Greystar, as our strong presence throughout Mexico, Venezuela and more recently Chile, provided a strong basis from which to service the whole of the Americas. Now trading solely as Penspen, we have a strong presence in the Eagle Ford Shale area of South Texas as well as the Marcellus region in the North East and Bakken Shale region in the Williston Basin.
