Rosario Slaughter Plant, Agrosuper

Poch developed the Greenfield Project, being in charge of the management and implementation of the project, from its very beginning to the set-up of all the components of the slaughter plant located in Rosario, owned by Agrosuper. This included procurement and acquisitions, contracts, site supervision, commissioning and the environmental management of the project. Furthermore, Poch led the detailed engineering design of the specialties of structural engineering, electric engineering, water services, drainage and plumbing engineering, refrigeration engineering, systems engineering, and process engineering.

In only 12 months, the Slaughter Plant started its operations, allowing Agrosuper to become the largest pork meat producer in Chile. Once the plant was running, Poch also supported Agrosuper in the implementation of international standards of quality management, environmental management, and food safety certifications, obtaining the corresponding certifications for the plant.
