In Prieto y Cía. we seek to incorporate the best graduates of the most renowned law schools in the country.
We seek to train lawyers from the beginning of their careers, so each new associate starts working under the direct supervision of a partner of Prieto y Cía.
While training our lawyers, we give them the opportunity of working in the different areas of the law firm, in order to provide them with comprehensive training with broad experience and exposure to different matters.
Once they have joined Prieto y Cía., we expect that our associates will be interested in continuing to hone their academic and professional skills through postgraduate degrees, academic activities and others.
