Mining

The department of mining law has a team of lawyers with experience in Chile and Canada, dedicated to providing counseling to companies and projects from the early exploration stages to the exploitation and marketing of mineral substances, as well as companies providing goods and services to the mining industry. Our team offers specialized services in matters related to the constitution and acquisition of mining properties, mining contracts and all agreements and convention related to the mining industry required for exploration and development of projects.
