A veteran hostage negotiator, who himself has been held hostage, George is an authority on negotiation and leadership.Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), George is an organizational and clinical psychologist as well as consultant to global organizations worldwide. His unique persepctives he helps leaders overcome conflict and achieve their potential. His book Hostage at the Table won Best Business Book of the Year in 2007 and his latest book “Care to Dare" was published in 2012.
