Integrated Management System: the objectiveThe objective of the IMS is to ensure the efficient control of all company-relevant processes in quality management, environmental management, energy management as well as occupational health and safety.

Across the groupA team consisting of experts from different departments and responsible for quality, environment and occupational safety ensures the maintenance and the continuous improvement of the IMS valid for all certified sites. Standards applicable across the group guarantee thereby unified requirements towards locally valid management systems.

Corporate IMS coordinates internal and external audit and certification programs as well as the further development and qualification of an international pool of auditors consisting currently of 30 people.

ISO-certifiedRHI is externally certified according to ISO 9001:2008 (quality) at 36 sites (production and sales organizations) and according to ISO 14001:2004 (environment) at 28 sites.
