Records, Record Retention

Records should be retained for seven (7) years, or longer if required under local law. Schlumberger requests that you maintain a copy of all documents that pertain to exports, imports, reexports, and any other business activity involving trade. This includes e-mail, other electronic media, and hard copies of relevant records.

All documents must be legible and in a location from which they may be readily retrieved, if requested by the Schlumberger Trade Control Compliance department.
