Procedures for Reporting Accounting, Internal Accounting Controls & Audit Related Complaints and Code of Ethics Matters

The Audit Committee of Teck Resources Limited has approved the following procedures for receipt of complaints regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or audit related matters and Code of Ethics matters.

Teck’s Code of Ethics provides that employees can report their concerns via the Doing What’s Right hotline/website. Reports on the Doing What’s Right hotline/website can be anonymous. Instructions for access to the hotline or website by employees are included in the Code of Ethics and are posted on the Company’s intranet. Employees may also report any concerns regarding accounting, internal accounting controls or audit related matters directly to the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
