We are currently seeking applications for the role of: Journeyperson Millwright
This position will report to the Mill Maintenance Foreman and will be accountable for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Be a Courageous Safety Leader, through promotion and adherence to established Safety and Environmental policies and procedures;
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment;
- Troubleshoot production problems and take preventative or corrective action;
Qualifications:
- Journeyperson Interprovincial Millwright Red Seal;
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an industrial environment;
- Minimum of a valid Class 7N driver’s license or equivalent;
- Completion of Gr.12 or equivalent is an asset;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Must be willing to work shift work.
