Made from tempered, stainless, or high carbon steel, its durability and strength permits use of lighter gauge wire offering more openings per square foot of screening area. Longer life means less downtime and operating costs per ton of material.

• Precision trim of end wires to length not exceeding one half of the specified opening means when two secitons are mated, the junction point does not nexceed the specified opening size, which results in no oversized materials.
• Double crimp screen cloth is made with a shallow crimp wire in one direction and deep crimp wire in the other which reduces the chance of excessive stretch in the panel and guarantees less flexing and uncontrolled vibration
• High Quality Stainless Steel: Recommended for maximum resistance against corrosion and for relief of blinding
• High Carbon spring steel recommended for high impact, low abrasion applications
• High grade tempered steel provides abrasion resistance and recommended for durability in sizing highly abrasive materials
• Premium grade tempered steel provides maximum abrasion resistance for maximum wear life
