Power Packs

Power packs are used on a wide range of hydraulic applications in power plants e.g. regulating circuits, conveyors, coal cranes, blowers, and hydraulic actuators. The oils used can be very special, e.g. HFD fluids that must be kept completely dry. are the optimum solution to keeping the oil clean from particles and oil degradation and thereby ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Most hydraulic systems in a power plant suffer under severe conditions due to high temperatures, dust and continuous running hours leading to oil contamination from particles and increasing TAN values. The continuous generation of oil degradation products (resin and sludge) will lead to malfunctioning of e.g. servo valves if the oil is not filtered through a CJC™ Fine Filter.

CJC™ Offline Oil Filtration Systems dramatically increase equipment reliability and lifetime. The combination of high dirt-holding capacity, effective acid removal and removal of oil degradation products is especially relevant for hydraulic systems in power plants.
