Control and traceability of quality as the castings travel through the production process, from design to shipping.
Each heat is assigned a unique number, which is stamped on the castings. This permits each piece to be followed through the process culminating in shipping. This method assures the traceability of the quality for each step.
A record is made of the results to follow the castings through service in order to improve the process. This guarantees the quality of the product of Aceros Chile and assures the client that the products are of international standards.
