Employee Resource Groups

Johnson Controls supports and sponsors employee resource groups (called Business Resource Groups) across the company. Business Resource Groups are an integral component of our overall workforce diversity strategy to create and sustain a diverse and inclusive workspace.

Our Business Resource Groups are made up of employees with similar backgrounds, experiences or characteristics who share a common interest in professional development, improving corporate culture and business results. They began as informal support groups and social networks and have evolved into corporate entities providing strategic support to business objectives, inclusive culture and community relations. The Business Resource Groups are employee driven, voluntary and open to all employees. We have nine groups, and each group has between one and ten chapters. Business Resource Groups are located in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
