Johnson Controls offers an Automatic Dividend Reinvestment and Common Stock Purchase Plan. The plan is open to both current shareholders and non-shareholders.The plan allows you to:

• buy stock paying nominal fees and commissions
• conveniently reinvest dividends to acquire additional shares
• open an account with a minimum initial investment of US$250 or by authorizing monthly deductions of US$50 from a designated bank account
• purchase up to US$25,000 in Johnson Controls common stock per calendar quarter
