About Jorge Valdano

Former Sporting Director at Real Madrid, Jorge applies the lessons he has learnt about leadership and team building from a lifetime in football.

A former soccer player, Jorge was on the Argentine team that won the World Cup in Mexico in 1986. He since went on to distinguish himself as a coach in Spain, leading teams such as Tenerife, Real Madrid and Valencia.
