Plastic Ball valves are used for sectioning / isolating (ON/OFF) and not for regulating.SAFI ball valves offer perfect up and downstream airtightness, full bore with no pressure drop, easy and fast opening with a quarter turn handle which allows a low torque level.SAFI ball valves meet DIN face to face dimension standards so that they can be a perfect option for easy substitution to other metal or thermoplastic valves.
SAFI Ball valves are available with different body materials (GRPP, PVDF, PPH, UPVC, CPVC, ABS) and seals (EPDM or FKM (Viton®)), the seat is made of PTFE.
Easy to use and practice SAFI ball valves are equipped with a color coded handle corresponding to the nature of the seal, depending on the DN they can be actuatedFor a greater safety for the user, SAFI ball valves can be equipped with a lockable system, the carbon black added in the GRPP material offers extreme UV resistance which ensures long and secure life of the ball valveThere must be one appropriate ball valve for one well-defined use.
